What is the percentage of silver used in your products?We use 95.5% pure silver and 0.5% copper.
Do you only design silver jewelry or can I have more options?We design silver, gold and beads jewelry.
Can you design jewelry of my requirement and design?Yes we also design custom made jewelry as per requirement of our clients, but we do not make copies of other designs therefore only original designs in form of sketches or digital designs are entertained.
What quality/caret of gold do you use?We use 14, 18 and 22 carets gold according to the requirement of our client.
Do you only make hand made jewelry?Yes, we only make hand made jewelry to give each jewelry proper and separate attention and work therefore our designs are unique and original designed by our designer and proprietor Safia Bano.
Do you only use Pakistani stone or do you use imported stones as well?We mostly use Pakistani stones, but stones which are not available in Pakistan are imported.
How many pieces do you manufacture in a day?As all our jewelry is hand made it takes at least 2 to 3 weeks for the production of each set because it goes through a rigorous process of being first designed and then elegantly crafted by our artisans.
Where are these stones found in Pakistan?Most of the precious stones are extracted from the Swat, Chitral, Gilgit and Hunza, the Northen Region of Pakistan and the semi precious stones are mainly from the province of Balochistan.
